- The precondition for your reservation is a 50% advance prepayment towards your stay, payable to the indicated bank account after you make arrangements with the Reservations Department.

- The accommodation day starts at 3 PM on your arrival day and ends at 10AM on your departure day.

- Guests may check in between 3 PM and 6 PM, check-outs are on the day of departure are from 8 to 10 AM.

- Check-ins / check-outs may be requested at other times for an extra charge.

- Our Reception Office working hours are from 8 AM  to 6 PM.

- Arrival formalities and keys collection – visit our PIONOW Reception Office at 40/1 Rybacka street, Krynica Morska.

All accommodation fees and any additional charges (deposits, tourist tax, departure cleaning service) are collected in cash on your arrival day, upon check-in, as per your reservation arrangements.

- Your deposit will be returned in cash or by bank transfer at the end of the stay, after apartment check-out inspection by one of our staff members.

- We have a night-time quiet policy from 10 PM to 7 AM.

- Smoking is prohibited in our rooms, apartments and staircases.

- It is forbidden to prepare strong-smelling foods (e.g.: frying fish).

- No animals are allowed on the premises, in the rooms or apartments.
